My Story

It all started with one big question: How could I restore my hormonal balance and therefore my health, without sacrificing my love of endurance sports?

When the journey began

My journey into nutritherapy began in 2017, in my early thirties. At the time, I was living and working in Hong Kong, combining a demanding professional life with my love for mountain running, while struggling with severe hormonal imbalances and infertility. After years without a menstrual cycle, I was told that IVF was my only option.

But something in me refused to settle. I was searching for deeper meaning and real answers about my health. I believed there had to be another way. So I began studying nutritional and environmental approaches to hormonal health. What started as a personal quest became a professional calling.

Three years later, in 2020, I completed my nutritherapist certification — the same year I naturally conceived and gave birth to my first child. Today, I'm the mother of three, all naturally conceived and born. Something I once feared might never happen.

From personal insight… to professional support

Since my twenties, I've followed a mostly vegetarian diet, constantly exploring how to nourish my body while staying true to my values. My curiosity has led me to explore various dietary approaches, including a year on a ketogenic diet during my endurance sport years — giving me invaluable insight into the real-life challenges of adapting nutrition to support both performance and well-being.

This background, combined with scientific training and professional practice, shaped the core of my approach: science-based, personalized, flexible, and anchored in long-term thinking. I don't believe in rigid programs or shortcuts — but in understanding your body, supporting it wisely, and growing your confidence along the way.

Always curious about the "why" and the "how," I continue to deepen my knowledge through ongoing training in functional and adaptive nutrition.
