Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 May 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NutriByClaire collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit nutribyclaire.com or get in touch to book a consultation. We are committed to handling your data lawfully, transparently and with care — particularly any health-related information, which we treat with extra caution.

1Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Claire Mordret, certified nutritherapist, working as a sole independent practitioner under the name NutriByClaire, based in Bangkok, Thailand. Full publisher details are in the "Legal Information" section below. For any privacy question or request, contact claire@nutribyclaire.com.

2What this policy covers

This policy applies to the nutribyclaire.com website and to the consultation and follow-up services arranged through it — by email, by WhatsApp, or via the online booking tool. It does not cover third-party websites we may link to; those have their own privacy policies.

3What information we collect

This website has no contact form, no account and no newsletter sign-up. You get in touch with us directly (email, WhatsApp) or book through the embedded scheduling tool. So the personal data we hold is limited to the following.

Information you give us directly

  • Identity & contact details — your name, email address and phone number when you email us, message us on WhatsApp, or book a call.
  • Booking details — the date and time of your appointment, and any information you add, when you schedule through our online scheduling tool (Cal.com). This data is held in Cal.com.
  • Consultation information — during a discovery call or consultation you may choose to share details about your diet, lifestyle, goals, symptoms, medical history and other health-related information. This is sensitive ("special category") personal data; we use it only with your consent and solely to provide you with nutrition guidance.
  • Correspondence — the content of the messages and emails you send us.

Information collected automatically

  • The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not track your browsing.
  • Our website host and DNS provider (Cloudflare) and our domain registrar (Hostinger) may keep standard technical logs (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages requested) for a limited time, for security and to keep the site running. Their privacy notices are listed in section 6.
  • When you open the online booking tool (Cal.com), that service may set functional cookies needed for scheduling to work — see its privacy policy below.

4Why we use your information, and our legal basis

PurposeLegal basis (GDPR, where it applies)
Replying to your enquiries and arranging a discovery callOur legitimate interest in responding to you / taking steps at your request before entering an agreement
Scheduling, preparing and delivering consultations and follow-upsPerformance of our agreement with you
Handling health-related information you share for your nutrition programmeYour explicit consent
Keeping accounting and tax records, and meeting other legal obligationsCompliance with a legal obligation
Keeping the website secure and workingOur legitimate interest in protecting the site

If you are in Thailand, the equivalent bases under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) — consent, contractual necessity, legal obligation and legitimate interest — apply in the same way.

5Cookies and tracking

We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies on this website. The only cookies that may be set are functional ones from the embedded scheduling tool (Cal.com) when you actively open it to book an appointment. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking the scheduling tool's cookies may stop online booking from working. If we ever add website analytics, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

6Who we share your information with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the practice, and only to the extent needed:

  • Cal.com — online appointment scheduling (stores your booking details). Privacy policy: cal.com/privacy
  • Cloudflare — Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts this website (Cloudflare Pages) and provides DNS and CDN routing (server and edge logs). Privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
  • Hostinger — Hostinger International Ltd — domain name registrar for nutribyclaire.com. Privacy policy: hostinger.com/privacy-policy
  • Google Workspace — Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd — hosts and delivers our professional email (claire@nutribyclaire.com). Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
  • WhatsApp / Meta — if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, your message is processed by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
  • Professional advisers and authorities — e.g. an accountant, or where we are legally required to disclose information.

These providers act on our instructions and are required to protect your data.

7International transfers

Some of our providers (for example the scheduling tool, the host and the email service) may store or process data on servers located outside Thailand or the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as the provider's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision — so that your data keeps an equivalent level of protection.

8How long we keep your information

Because the website itself holds no database, account or form submissions, the information we keep is limited and is retained as follows:

  • Appointment details — held in our scheduling tool (Cal.com) for as long as needed to manage your bookings; you can ask us to delete a past booking at any time.
  • Emails and WhatsApp messages — kept for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry or our working relationship, then deleted; we periodically clear out correspondence we no longer need.
  • Notes kept to provide your nutrition guidance, where any are kept — held only for as long as needed for your care and to meet our professional and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
  • Invoices and accounting records — kept for the period required by the tax law that applies to us.

9Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights: access (a copy of your data), rectification (correcting it), erasure (deleting it where there's no overriding legal reason to keep it), restriction & objection (limiting or stopping certain uses), portability (receiving certain data in a portable format), withdrawing consent at any time where we rely on it (e.g. for health data, without affecting processing already carried out), and complaining to a data protection authority — in the EEA/UK your local supervisory authority, in Thailand the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

To exercise any of these, email claire@nutribyclaire.com. We will respond within the time limit set by the law that applies to you (generally one month under GDPR), and we may need to verify your identity first.

10How we protect your information

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep your data safe — including limiting who can access it and using reputable, secured service providers. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we take your privacy seriously and review our practices regularly.

11Children & young people

We work with clients from the age of 14. For a client under 18, we ask that a parent or legal guardian is informed of the guidance provided and is available to be involved where needed. We do not knowingly process the personal data of anyone under 14; if you believe a child under 14 has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

12Changes & contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and highlight significant changes on the website where appropriate. Questions, requests or concerns about your privacy? Email claire@nutribyclaire.com — we're happy to help.

Health & Medical Disclaimer

Last updated: 12 May 2026

The content of this website, and the guidance Claire provides through NutriByClaire, are for general information and education about nutrition and lifestyle. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for professional medical care. Please read this before relying on anything you find here or in our work together.

1Not medical advice

Claire is a certified nutritherapist, not a medical doctor. Nutritherapy and nutritional guidance are complementary approaches centred on food, lifestyle and well-being — not a medical diagnosis, prescription or treatment, and not a replacement for consultation, examination, diagnosis or treatment by a physician or other licensed healthcare professional. Reading this website, downloading materials or contacting us does not create a healthcare, therapeutic or professional relationship; that begins only once you have formally engaged Claire for a consultation. Where any service offered here would require a specific licence or fall under regulated medical practice in your country, it is provided only to the extent permitted there — if you're unsure, ask us before booking.

2Consult your doctor & emergencies

Before making significant changes to your diet, starting or stopping a supplement, or following any recommendation, consult your physician or a qualified healthcare professional — especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are a minor, have a medical condition, take medication, or have a history of an eating disorder. Do not stop, start or change any prescribed treatment based on information from this site or our sessions without your doctor's agreement.

This website and our services are not for emergencies. If you think you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department immediately — do not delay seeking medical help because of something you have read or been told here.

3Results vary & general information

Responses to nutrition and lifestyle changes are highly individual. Any examples, case stories or testimonials on this site are illustrations, not promises — we cannot and do not guarantee any specific health, weight, performance, fertility or other result. General information here may not address your particular situation; always check that any advice is appropriate for you, ideally with a healthcare professional who knows your history.

4External links & products

This website may link to third-party websites or mention products — including dietary supplements. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, claims, quality, availability or safety. Always read product information and labels, follow the manufacturer's instructions, and check with a healthcare professional before use, particularly alongside medication or in the situations listed in section 2.

5Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NutriByClaire and Claire Mordret accept no liability for any loss, injury, illness or damage of any kind arising from your reliance on information provided on this website or in connection with our services — you use the information and act on the guidance at your own discretion and responsibility. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law (including, where applicable, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence) or any rights you have under mandatory consumer or health legislation in your country.

Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 May 2026

These Terms govern the consultations, follow-ups and programmes that NutriByClaire (Claire Mordret) provides to you. By booking a discovery call, consultation or programme, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms together with the Privacy Policy and the Health & Medical Disclaimer above.

1Who we are & what we offer

NutriByClaire is the practice of Claire Mordret, certified nutritherapist, working as a sole independent practitioner (not registered as a separate legal entity), based in Bangkok and working online. We offer, among others: a free discovery call, an initial consultation, follow-up sessions, and à-la-carte support, delivered online (video call) or, where available, in person in Bangkok. The current list of services, their format, duration and prices are those shown on nutribyclaire.com or confirmed to you when you book; our offer may change over time, and the version that applies to you is the one in force at the time of your booking. Contact: claire@nutribyclaire.com.

2Nature of the service

Our service is nutrition and lifestyle guidance. As set out in the Health & Medical Disclaimer, it is not medical care, diagnosis or treatment and does not replace your doctor. You remain responsible for your own health decisions, for following the advice of your own healthcare professionals, and for giving us accurate, complete and up-to-date information about your situation (conditions, medication, allergies, pregnancy, history, etc.). Clients are welcome from the age of 14; if you are under 18, please make sure a parent or legal guardian is aware of the sessions and available to be involved if needed.

3Booking, prices & payment

Appointments are booked through our online scheduling tool (Cal.com) or by arrangement by email or WhatsApp; a booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation. The discovery call is free. Prices for paid services are those quoted to you, in Thai baht (THB). This website does not take or process any payment — for paid consultations and programmes, the amount and the way to pay are confirmed with you directly when you book. If a session isn't paid for as agreed, we may reschedule or cancel it.

4Cancellation, no-shows & refunds

  • You can reschedule or cancel your appointment yourself using the link in the confirmation email you receive when you book, or by contacting us — please do so as early as you reasonably can so the slot can go to someone else.
  • For paid consultations and programmes, any specific cancellation, rescheduling or no-show terms — and the refund terms for anything paid in advance and not yet delivered — are those agreed with you when you book. A session that has already taken place is non-refundable.
  • If Claire has to cancel or reschedule, you'll be offered a new slot as soon as possible or, if you prefer, a refund of anything you paid for that session.
  • Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation under the law that applies to you, that right is not affected by this section.

5Your responsibilities & confidentiality

To get the most out of the work — and to keep it safe — you agree to: give honest and complete information; continue to follow the advice and treatment of your own doctors; not present our guidance as medical treatment or use it to delay appropriate medical care; use any plans or materials only for your own personal use; and treat Claire with the same courtesy and respect you'd expect in return. We treat what you share with us as confidential and handle your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy; we will share information about you only with your consent, where required by law, or where necessary to prevent a serious risk of harm.

6Intellectual property

Plans, documents, recordings, recipes and other materials we provide to you are for your personal, non-commercial use — please don't copy, share publicly, resell or republish them without our written permission. The website's content, structure, design and branding are the property of NutriByClaire and may not be reused without permission.

7Liability

The limitation of liability set out in section 5 of the Health & Medical Disclaimer also applies to these services. In addition, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or unforeseeable losses, or for matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any of your mandatory consumer rights.

8Ending the relationship, changes & governing law

Either of us can end the working relationship at any time by letting the other know in writing; sessions already delivered remain payable, and prepaid, undelivered sessions are handled as set out in section 4. We may decline to start, or choose to stop, working with someone where the situation falls outside our scope or competence, where another professional would be more appropriate, or where continuing would not be safe or suitable — in which case we'll say so and, where we can, point you towards more suitable support. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version that applies to you is the one in force when you book, posted on this page with the "Last updated" date above. These Terms, and any dispute arising from them or from our services, are governed by the law of Thailand, without depriving you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live; we'll always try to resolve any problem with you directly and in good faith first, and if that isn't possible, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
